Configure Recipients



 1)     Here we can choose who to send messages to. In this example we will show how to send a message to all the users who are playing in a Cricket League. If you like, you can enter a Communication Name, but this isn’t displayed at all to the customer and is only for your reference. In this example, we want to send a communication to all current Cricket Players.




 2)     First select Add League Criteria. This will open a list of all leagues currently being played in the venue. In the list, left click to highlight (select) the league. Here we have selected Men’s Cricket, with this now highlighted click Add. 



3)     You will now see the league added to the top of the list, indicating it is now part of the recipient list.



4)     Now that we have added one league, we can follow the same process to add another Cricket league.
