1) Here we can see the Communication Details, where we can start creating the Email or SMS message to the customers.
Top to bottom, here is a quick overview of the options available for us to edit.
2) To create the Email, simply click in the Communication Body as type your message. There are options here to insert images, align text, bold text etc. It is very similar to Microsoft Word but if there are any issues using these features please contact support and we will be able to guide you through what you need to know. In our example, we can see that we have an upset manager.
3) One of the features that we believe is critical when sending communications to customers is the First name/Last name feature. Rather than calling customers ‘Cricket Players’, it is possible to personalize the message by entering a ‘field’ that will automatically enter the recipients first and last name.To do this, click on Insert a field. This will open a drop-down menu listing First name and Last name. Click on first name to enter the field to auto-enter the customers first name, and click on last name to enter the recipients last name.
4) Below, we can see that the First name and Last name fields have been entered.
6) In this screen we can see an overview of the message that is to be sent. We can also see an overview of recipients. In the below example, we can see five players without an email address, seven players that do have an email address, but they haven’t confirmed their email address thus preventing Spawtz from sending those players emails. Finally, we can see that this email will successfully be sent to two people. Once you are happy with the results, click Confirm and Send to send out the Email to your customers.
