Create an SMS Message

1)     To create an SMS message, follow the steps in Configure Recipients.

2)     In step 1 of Create an Email Message we mentioned that Type could be changed to SMS to create an SMS message. Click Type and select SMS, the screen will change to allow an SMS message to be created.

      3)     Here we have very few options to choose from. You can change From, so the SMS appears to have come from you. You can only enter in a simple message into Communication Body when using SMS, pictures cannot be added and the fields feature isn’t available. For now, we do not need to be concerned about Charge SMS costs to. Once you have entered in your message click Next to continue.

      4)     Much like sending Emails, here you will see the Confirm and Send screen. Here you can review your message and see how many recipients will receive the SMS. More importantly, here is where you can see the number of credits you have to send SMS messages. Click Company to assign credits for the SMS messages to be send out. Once you have reviewed your message and assigned credits, click Confirm and Send to send your customers.
