Flagging User
There was a recent feature added that allows center owners and managers to flag users. This can be used to mark people who have an outstanding balance, who have a temporary ban for poor behaviour or for any reason you can think of. Below is a guide on how to do this.
1) Very similar to steps one and two in Delete Users + Search for Users. Select ‘Users’ from the dashboard and use the filter to find the user you want to flag.
2) Once you have found the user that you need to flag, simply click on their first name to select them.
3) This will take you to the user’s detail page. Here you will find a tick box named ‘Flag User?’. Click the tick box.
4) When you click the tick box ‘Flag Notes:’ will appear, here you can type in whatever you like. Once you’ve finished, simply click the Flag User button to apply the flag.
