Player Login Instruction Guide

Home Screen

This is the default screen.  The home screen displays the games for the current date. From this screen a player can check the time, opposition and playing area their team is playing on.

From here the players can click on their team name and update who is playing that particular fixture.

The game times are listed based on their start time and the screen will automatically scroll down as the night progresses. Players can also scroll up or down to view earlier or later games by clicking on the arrows at the top and bottom of the Court Column.

Marking Attendance

To indicate their attendance all the player has to do is click or touch on their name. When a player selects their name, the button will be darker and a tick will appear next to their name.

If a player does not have a mobile number or email address listed in the Spawtz Database they will be prompted to enter one before proceeding.  If a player enters an email address then they will be sent an email from Spawtz asking them to confirm their email address.  A player will not be able to mark their attendance unless they have a mobile number or email address entered.

Once Selections are complete they simply click ‘Done’.

Adding Players

If the player is not there and are new to the team, they can be added by clicking ‘Add New Player’. Once you have done this, simply fill in the details on the page that opens. Players will have to enter at least a mobile number or an email address.

If a player enters an email address then they will be sent an email from Spawtz asking them to confirm their email address.

Edit My Team

Players can choose to “Edit My Team” in the right hand menu. A search bar will appear and they can type in their team name.

When they select their team they will be prompted to enter a team PIN.

This can be found on the Team Details page in the admin control panel at your centre’s Spawtz site.

Here, they can edit and remove existing players in their team and they can add new players to their team.

They can also view their Standings, Statement and upcoming Fixtures.

Staff Login

When you select the “Staff” Button in the bottom right hand corner you will be prompted for a PIN, the default PIN is 1950.

You can specify whether or not you would like to show the teams and users outstanding balances. This will display the current outstanding balance for the team/user when it is selected and prompt the player to acknowledge their outstanding amount.

You should not need to change your Licence. If this is ever required, please contact Spawtz support at support@adline.com.au.
