Scoreboard Error Messages

This is a list of possible error message that can appear on a Spawtz scoreboard it will also give an explanation of the error messages and what has been done wrong to cause the error message.


  1. Username/Password combination not recognized.
    1. You have either entered in the wrong username or password just re-enter the correct details in the Scorer application and you will be able to run your games.


  1. Root Element does not exist.
    1. This happens in the case where the user that is trying to login does not have administrator access in your Spawtz site to fix this the person will either need to use admin credentials or be assigned as an admin within the Spawtz site by another admin.


  1. Unexpected Error has Occurred.
    1. This is usually a connection issue with your Wi-Fi source when this occurs some troubleshooting to test internet connection should be done:
      1. Check Wi-Fi connection is on correct Wi-Fi source.
      2. Try to log onto Google and search something.
    2. If it is an internet connection issue try rebooting your router and reconnecting the laptop to the Wi-Fi this should fix the issue if it continues to not work contact support@adline.com.au or call 0427755268.
