Stop Reminder Notifications

This is a step by step guide on how to stop reminder emails/SMS being sent out from your Spawtz website. The below steps should be done on all reminders that you want to turn off e.g day before, day after etc. To turn the reminders back on simply follow the same instructions and revert your changes. 

Step 1 - Go to your Spawtz website and navigate to the config section where you will find the option "Scheduled Task Configuration" click into this.


Step 2 - You will then view a list of various scheduled tasks which are configurable within Spawtz. From here choose the reminder that you would like to turn off e.g.  "First Email Fixture Reminder".


Step 3 - Once you click into the reminder you would like to change you will see the below options to change:
  1. The version you are editing – Spawtz allows for different venues to have different templates.
  2. Prevent Venue Managers from Editing - Tick this box if you don't want managers to edit reminders on a league level
  3. Schedule Details - Choose the option "Off" and hit save and reminders will be turned off.
