This guide shows what a Parent/Team Organisers will see when they register for a specific Junior team in Spawtz.

Registering a Junior Team

1.       The organiser will choose the league they would like to register the team for and click the “Register a Junior Team” button.

 


2.       Once the organiser has done this, they will then be asked to either login if they are and existing member or enter in their details below if they are new to your Spawtz site.


3.       They will then enter the name of the team they would like to register.


 


4.       They will then be brought to the following page which now gives them the option to add their child to the team by clicking the “+ Add Child” button. 
NOTE: If no child is required to be added and the user is registering as just the Team Organiser they can go ahead and skip steps 5 to 7 and just click the "Join" button as seen below. 


 


5.       If they choose to add their child to the team, they will be brought to the following page which asks them to enter in the child’s details. Also, if there is an “Team Individual Price” as highlighted above they will be told they will need to make this payment to add the child to the team. 

         

 


6.       They will then be brought back to the below page where the child will then be there under “Existing Children” and they will have the option to “+ Add Another”. If they do not need to add another child, they can just hit the “Pay” button.


 


7.       They will then be forwarded to the below payment page to make payment.



8.       Once the organiser makes payment for their child the team will then be registered, and they will be brought to the page below. They can choose to the option “Click here to add players to your team” to invite parents to add their children.


 


9.       If they choose to add additional players or organisers, the page below will appear which gives them the two options when inviting:

a.       Allows them to invite additional parents to add their children. They can copy the below link and send via group text message or group email.

b.       Allows them to invite additional organisers or older players who have their own email. They click the “click here to invite an organiser or older player” link and then enter in the users email to send the invite.


 



1. Users will receive a link from the Team organiser which will take them to here, If they do not have an existing Spawtz account they will then need to register by clicking ‘Click here to register’, if they have an existing account they will login and proceed to step 3.


2. They will fill in their own contact details to create a Spawtz account. Once filled in they will click ’Create My Account’.


3. Once their account is created they will need to click ‘Add Child’ to add their child for registration.


4. They can then enter their Childs details and click ‘Add your child and pay XXX.XX for them to join this team.


5. They will now be able to tick the box next to their Childs name and then click the ‘Pay XXX.XX’ button to process registration. PLEASE NOTE: with Active Kids vouchers you can only register 1 child at a time.


6. A Summary will be presented showing the cost and voucher discount and they will click ‘Proceed to Payment’ which will take them to Payrix.


7. They will complete the online payment through Payrix and click ‘Complete’ to be taken back to Spawtz.

8. Lastly Spawtz will confirm the registration.
